Fisher C-21-10 operates on VLF technology
The Fisher C-21-10 operates on VLF technology, which is a rarity for underwater metal detectors capable of withstanding a dive of more than 5 meters (fisher C-21-10 dive - up to 76 meters), which sets it apart among the deep underwater metal detectors of other manufacturers that operate on PI (pulse) technology.

Choosing the frequency of the metal detector allows the user to adjust the device to their tasks:

- at 5 kHz is wider than the search radius and large objects are better identified;

- at 15 kHz - detailed search for small targets (rings, coins, earrings, gold nuggets).

Fisher C-21-10 is recommended for search in high-mineralized water/soil, perfectly coping with the task of finding metal in the harshest conditions, when the degree of soil mineralization is off the scale, also works steadily in fresh water.

Management of The Fisher C-21-10

The underwater metal detector is controlled by several regulators located on the control unit, there is no LCD display. Target identification is due to sound tone at 3 different heights.

Search modes for Fisher C-21-10:

1) "Discrimination" and discrimination is carried out consistently, it cuts off metals by the degree of their currentity from low to high.  The setting of discrimination is carried out by the turn of the regulator (Disc) from 0 to 6, consistently, one by one excluding targets from unwanted metal, from black metal (iron) to non-ferrous (aluminium, copper, silver, gold).

2) "All metals" (with a threshold tone) - metal detector sees all metals

3) "Pinpoint" - an accurate definition of the center of the target, works in static mode (the coil is aimed at the target and does not move).
